I'd never looked at the stars much before I met Sarah Jane. They were pretty, yeah, but they weren't something I could investigate - there weren't stories waiting out there for me to uncover!
And then I ran into that clown, and into Luke and Clyde... they saved my life, along with Sarah Jane. Who'd have thought that a ticket would lead us to the Pied Piper of Hamlin? And the fact that he was an alien... Mum would freak out if she knew about this.
So, now? The stars seem a brighter place. There's stuff out there, stories to uncover, aliens to fight against... and I'll do it all with Sarah Jane, Luke and Clyde - defenders of the Earth!
